Melissa has worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 20 years, specializing in billing, credentialing, contracting, accounts receivable and accounts payable. She joined HSS in 2018.
Melissa prides herself on maintaining an active LPN license because she values the connection between the clinical and financial aspects of the organization.
Melissa is passionate about helping HSS successfully collect insurance companies’ payments for services because she finds it rewarding to see how those payments can be used to help individuals in our community.
She comes into work everyday knowing that she and her co-workers are doing everything they can to allow clients to pursue their best lives.
