Brianna Gaskin
Human Resources Director
Brianna joined HSS in November of 2024 as the HR Director. Brianna is an experienced Human Resources Professional with a strong background in managing HR functions across diverse organizations both small and large. She focuses on supporting employee development, improving workplace culture, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Known for her innovation and communication skills, she works closely with teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Brianna holds a degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University and has recently completed a certificate with Lindenwood University focused on “Women in Leadership”.
Outside of work, Brianna is passionate about her work with Waterloo High School teaching percussion to students in the marching band as well as concert ensembles.
In 2001, Bobbi was promoted to residential site manager of one of our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) apartment buildings. She became manager of a second CILA building soon after.
Bobbi also provides services to several people in our Home Based and Intermittent programs. In June 2015, she assisted in opening another CILA home in Waterloo.
