Upon referral from the court, the Human Support Services will provide a DUI evaluation in 1-2 sessions that will systematically evaluate the individual's level of functioning and generate a report of the findings. The Agency will send a copy of the evaluation to the court. The cost of this service for indigent persons is billed to a grant; all others pay a flat fee.
