For adults who cannot manage their
responsibilities fully due to mental, developmental and substance
abuse issues, HSS provides ongoing case management services. Staff
will provide linkage, monitoring, coordination and assessment for the
client to guide them toward a successful recovery or to assist them in
their efforts to live as independently as possible. Assistance in
managing financial responsibilities is available. There is generally
no cost to the individual for these services.
